Pizzini Sangiovese Shiraz 2011

I loved this wine last time, as it seems to combine the modern Australian style with the dirty nature of Sangiovese. This years version just doesn't have the length like last year.

The things I look for in wine is balance, length and structure so if a wine doesn't possess them they get canned. This wine has balance but not the other two so it makes it a great quaffer. Go hard, I say if you can find it cheap.
