Serafino Shiraz 2010

Serafino has one of the most beautiful cellar doors in the Vales with a restaurant that would make a one hat chef happy.

Serafino Shiraz 2010

Massive amounts of alcohol and oak march out of my glass.  These flavours are on a death march so you better come prepared for battle. I came off as second fiddle to these flavours as they bombarded my senses but I can appreciate how this could have worked better with a slow cooked cow.  The sweet oak and alcohol just were a little too much for me for big points so I would recommend drinking this in winter.
